Subsequent inspection of a property if required to further satisfy the requirements of Mortgage providers, or other concerned parties. If an inspection, in respect of historic mining activity, our Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS) accredited surveyor, Simon Ward, will provide a comprehensive report, in electronic or paper format detailing any observed defects, or confirming that the property is acceptably free of risks. If defects or other visual indications to suggest the possible presence of deleterious mining related features, then further actions may be recommended.
